THICKENER / CLARIFIER DRIVE HEADS

ACHME has in house manufacturing facility at their SATARA plant.

The drive head is the heart of the Thickener & Clarifier mechanism. These drive heads are used for Sedimentation equipments operating in various Mineral Industries, Chemical Industries, Water Treatment Plants, Sewage and Effluent Treatment Plants under severe operating conditions.

A Sedimentation drive generally operates at a relatively low value of output torque in a well-operated installation. As long as the solids input equals the solids output from the mechanism, torque will begin to climb and the alarm on the drive control will actuate to warm the operator to take corrective action.

We are having unique facility to trip the motor in case of high torque due to Heavy load. There are two types of drives

Single stage - Model A300,A450,A500,A600,A900 and A1200 - Required for Thickener, Grit Mechanism, Clarifier and HRSCC

Multi stage - AS 1200,AS 2000 and AS 4000 - Required for the clarifier and HRSCC

The drive head torques up to 4,00,000 ftlbs.
